As we know that only one cell can reach. That means you born with or you fight with  24crores99lakhs99thousand9hunderd99 cells boss so you win with many members because of the blessing of God. so we can say that you succeed before born. Here you did a very big war with 25 crores of people and you achieved it. So that you came to existence on the earth. So that after born we should not fear to fight with 10 lakhs people one who they writes exams like competitive, CA, groups etc. Because we already won with 25crores of people before we born. So we should fight with more than 25 crores people to achieve something in the life.
