When we see above video we can feel.In that video one boy is there and he doesn't have father and mother and other relatives he is himself.He beagging on the steers one who is interested they giving money.but that boy want to leave like a employee in any office and to earn money.but some is giving money with that he eaten banana and after.some one camed to him and asked address that boy telled with that the boy have gained money from him.After he decided that he want to tell address and with that he want to gain money.so, so many asked address and he gained money.so he runned that address business.so lastly the young boys camed and asked what do you know?then the boy answered carefully they shocked  and they want away.             So here the boy believed him self. And he did his work with commitment.         
Conclusion:so we have to believed ourself in any job.
