He is a man who loves him so much. He is man who knows all things how to live in the society .His name is "sir gampa Nageshwar roa" he born in a kesavaram village,shamirpet mandal,rangareddy district and he studied up to 7 to 10 class in his village only. But he use to walk 6km after completion of his 10th standard he worked as a milk boy for some days. And after that, he worked as an auto driver also. So lastly he completed his studies intermediate, degree B com with very hard. After he completed his MA phycology. After completion of a degree in 1984, he worked in a small job with 350rupees. And he decided to start his career and he took the job in LIC company as a development officer.

Then in 1992, he joined in junior chamber international and after he joined in lions club international Hyderabad management of association vasavi club international. At that time he became an ex-ordinary person. The secrete of the success of gampa is "He taken all oppositions as positions all insults as gifts" like that he did very hard work to become one of the successful people. Then now he became a motivational speaker in the Ts &Ap. He started an organisation called Impact foundation. The first impact is conducted at chikkadpally with 40 members in 2011. Then after he went to RK mutt to give his speech with 1000 members that speech was also successfully done. And after again the rk mutt organisers invited him to give the speech on personality development. That speach also done successfully done. At that time some members  recored the video of gampa and uploaded in youtube within less time, he gets 1lakhs views. After some days the gampa nageshwar roa created a youtube channel called impact foundation and later he created all social networks based on Impact foundation.

        Now at present he is a famous person in both  Ts & Ap. And later the great persons like "Dr.Yandamoori veerendranath, Pv. Patabhiram, JD Laxminarayana etc later they joined. All over the world listening there words or speeches. And later the after formation of impact so many people are joined to run the impact program at present there are many members to run Impact foundation.
