 There is one boy he studying in a 10th class and when he wrote the exams the failed in English. So he left his education and him joined in a DRLL which is there in Hyderabad and he became a personal driver of ap j Abdul kalam.so while he working A P J Abdul Kalam asked what did you study? so he replayed that I studied 10th and I failed in English.so Abdul kalam encouraged to write the exam, he said that I am not interested to write English exam so again Abdul kalam given motivation class.so he changed and he ready to write the exam and exam fee paid by Kalam. When he wrote  the English exam he failed again with 26markes and again the kalam gave strength and he wrote the exam again and he passed with the 44markes and he thinks that the exam is over. And he relaxing so Kalam said not over the actual study is started. So when kalam encouraged he studied intermediate and he completed, again the kalam encouraged and he completed his degree, so again the kalam encouraged and he completed  his PG, so again the kalam gave a full strength and he completed his PhD.
And now he became a doctor v.kathiresan.  Now he working in a university which is there in Tamil Nadu. And at present he giving his PHD services for 12 members.                          So when we see his life story behind that one great person has name is A P J Abdul Kalam.so we should also encourage others but not we should discourage.so one whose is failed in 10th in English subject he became a very big professor. But why not we if we encourage ourself?
