He is a boy who likes sounds so much. His name is Alexander Graham Bell. So he started his research on sounds and he read so many books on sounds. So lastly his friend came and given an advice that. In Germany, there is a physicist take his books and read. Than the Alexander taken his books and his started reading but there is a problem with Alexander the problem is that he can't understand the German language. So lastly he understands something that 'vowel sounds can be electronically transferred' so he strongly believed that sentence then he started deep research on that. He failed so many times in his research but lastly, he succeeds. He invented a mobile phone.
So here what happened means he doesn't know (or) he doesn't understand the German language the sentence which he reads is 100%wrong. The actual sentence is "vowel sounds can be electronically 'produced".
